Choose a flora
Floras are lists of plant species specific to a geographic region or a particular theme.
Choosing a flora adapted to your observation helps refine identification results and increases your chances of getting a correct identification. By selecting the appropriate flora, you ensure that the identification tool focuses on the species most relevant to your location or subject of interest.
Pl@ntNet offers a wide selection of floras, grouping species by geographic regions or specific themes. You can easily choose or change the active flora at any time via the drop-down menu located at the top of your screen.
By default, if your geolocation is enabled, Pl@ntNet will automatically determine the geographic flora corresponding to your current position. This ensures that identification suggestions are tailored to your local environment.
